The Experience Architecture Audit

Most engagements begin with one question: is something structural holding this operation back?

The answer starts with a read, not a retainer.

If that question resonates, the next step is a conversation. No commitment, no pitch. An initial read of your situation to determine whether there is genuine fit.

If there is, we move forward together.

Two ways in

The Experience Architecture Audit. The entry engagement. A structured diagnostic of how the operation actually works, read across the six pillars and delivered as a written review with a prioritized set of recommendations and a 30/60/90 sequence. Direct, specific, and owned by a leadership team that can act on it.

The Operational Build. Where the audit surfaces structure that needs rebuilding, HUMNEX stays to design and guide it. The operating instruments, the coverage and capacity model, the service and reservation architecture, the standards that move an operation out of memory and into systems a team can run without heroics. Scoped separately and selectively.

How it works

Discovery conversation. An initial conversation to explore your current situation, key constraints, and whether HUMNEX is the right fit.

Scoping & Agreement. If aligned, we develop a Statement of Work with clearly defined 30/60/90 goals and mutual expectations.

Diagnose. We examine the operation as a system: how trust, flow, and clarity are functioning across the six pillars, and where structural misalignment is creating drag.

Design. We develop a focused set of structural recommendations tailored to your specific conditions, each grounded in a finding, not in general best practice.

Guide. We work alongside your leadership team through implementation, providing ongoing clarity and course correction.

Format: Diagnostic read plus executive alignment sessions, with build support scoped where needed.

Duration: The audit is typically scoped over several weeks. Build engagements run longer, scoped to the work.

Outcome: Clear priorities, aligned leadership, and a focused roadmap grounded in how the operation actually works.

This engagement is a fit when

Growth has increased complexity, but structure hasn't kept pace.

Strategy exists, but execution is inconsistent across the team.

Decisions feel slower than they should.

Priorities compete and tradeoffs are unclear.

Tension shows up in the operation, but the root cause stays unnamed.

Leadership senses misalignment, and knows delay has cost.

What you leave with

A clear articulation of the operating reality, not assumptions.

Shared visibility into the core misalignment, named across the pillars where it lives.

Defined priorities and tradeoffs for the next 90 days.

Clarified decision rights and leadership cadence.

A focused roadmap that reduces ambiguity and restores momentum.

What the engagement typically includes

Direct observation and stakeholder interviews. Time inside the operation and one-to-one conversations to understand goals, constraints, decision dynamics, and where misalignment is showing up.

System and journey mapping. A structured view of how the guest journey, operating rhythms, incentives, and workflows currently interact.

Commercial and capacity diagnostic. A practical read of utilization, capture, coverage, and what the current structure is actually rewarding and measuring.

Cross-pillar synthesis. A distilled set of contradictions, constraints, and the few moves that matter most, with the connections between them named.

Executive alignment session. A working session that creates shared visibility, clarifies decision rights, and locks the priority sequence.

What this is not

This is not a general consulting retainer, implementation staffing, or a long menu of deliverables. HUMNEX is brought in to surface structure, restore alignment, and enable confident leadership decisions, not to create dependency.

If deeper build support is needed, it is scoped separately and selectively.

The next step

HUMNEX maintains a limited number of active engagements to preserve depth and discretion.

If you're navigating growth complexity and believe structural misalignment may be the constraint, reach out. Initial conversations are exploratory and confidential.
